Short Duration Bookings
This form is for booking individual rooms in the Lingen Village Hall by the hour – up to 3 hours at a time.
Whole Hall @ £15.00 per hour
Main Hall @ £12.00 per hour
Committee Room @ £8.00 per hour
A discount of 10% is available on Main Hall and Whole Hall bookings, when consecutive periods, of five sessions or more, are booked. Committee Room bookings do not qualify for discounts of any kind.
Longer Duration Bookings
This form is for booking the entire Lingen Village Hall for periods of 4 hours or longer. The charges below are for use of the WHOLE HALL (Main Hall and Committee Room). The price for Main Hall use only can be obtained from the Booking Clerk.
Morning session 09:00 to 13:00 @ £60.00
Afternoon session 13:00 to 17:00 @ £60.00
Evening session 17:00 to 01:00 (22:30 Sundays) @ £120.00
All day session 09:00 to 01:00 (22:30 Sundays) @ £150.00
A discount of 10% is available for consecutive periods of hire, of five sessions or more.
